Internal identifier of Google Analytic’s user is used for statistical identification of users and is stored on the user's computer for 2 years. It can be deleted directly from the settings of the web browser saved on the computer using the method of deleting the "ready-recordings”.

Should be considered, that in case of delete of the cookie files, you will not be able to use with all technical characteristics of the web page, that may negatively affect to your user experience.
