Warranty conditions apply:
• on the mixer tap cartridge (the part that regulates the supply of cold and hot water);
• on the mixer tap body (the fixed part of the tap in which the cartridge is placed);
• in case of color change (enamel damage caused by mixing solutions;)
• in case of the absence of a suitable water filter (the filter purifies the water and clean, filtered water is supplied to the tap which prolongs its service life).
Warranty conditions do not apply:
• on water pressure pipes;
• in case of the absence of a water filter;
• on replacement parts of the mixer tap (the spout and the filter to it, shower pipe and the shower head, plastic parts).
• in case of incorrect installation of the mixer tap intended for the interior, in particular in an open space, where the temperature is below +4 degrees Celsius;
• in case of damage to the body as a result of improper installation, misuse and/or strong physical impact;
The warranty for the built-in flushing mechanism applies:
• on the flushing mechanism ((the flushing mechanism ensures that the water is filled-stopped and properly flushed);
• on the body of the flushing mechanism (if the body of the mechanism is bent, corroded, damages and unsuitable for installation);
• in case of malfunction of the flushing mechanism when it is correctly installed.
The warranty of the built-in flushing mechanism does not apply:
• on the flushing mechanism button;
• in case of incorrect installation of the flushing mechanism;
• in case of the misuse of the flushing mechanism, in particular in a room where the temperature is below +4 degrees Celsius;
• in case of damage to the flushing mechanism (by rodents, during installation by a craftsman);
• on damage to the water filter (clean filtered water must be supplied to the mechanism).

Warranty and service conditions
• When selling the product, the buyer must be given a duly certified and fully completed warranty card (with the signature of the seller's representative);
• The customer shall familiarize him/herself with the certified warranty card and sign in the special box as confirmation;
• Warranty service is provided free of charge in case of manufacturing defect detected during the warranty period and defect caused as a result of assembly.
• The feedback to start the warranty service process on the recorded customer's request about the product damage is performed within 3 working days, and in regions where there is no authorized service center - within 5 working days..
• If it is necessary to deliver the product to an authorized service center, the customer is obliged to deliver the product. The technical report on the product is issued in the authorized service center not later than 3 working days from the moment of delivery of the product, the repair period is 14 working days if the spare part is available, if the spare part is not available on site, the repair period will be 30 working days.
• In case of manufacturing defects, the product shall be replaced within 3 calendar days from the date of sale. In order to receive this type of service, it is necessary to submit together with the replaceable product a warranty card, a receipt or a document confirming the purchase, the packing box and documents attached to the product at the time of packing (if any at the time of purchase).
• After three days from the date of purchase of the product, if any defect is found in the product, the customer has the right to demand only the repair of the product.
• Neither in the warranty period nor in the non-warranty period the product is not subject to exchange/return by the seller if the product is repairable.
• The product must be installed in a place accessible for servicing, otherwise the services of special equipment required to access the product or its unit, which may be chargeable, will be paid by the customer and the terms of free service will not apply to this service under the warranty conditions.
• The warranty and service conditions apply only to the product and do not apply to various types of parts connecting the product to gas, electricity, water supply networks: adapters, valves, taps, electric plugs, fittings, etc. as well as on water supply and sewerage systems.
• The warranty period for central heating boiler is 3+2 years (the first three years - spare parts and repair free of charge, the last two years - spare parts paid, repair free of charge. Total 5 years).
Free warranty conditions are valid if the product installation and operation rules specified in the following paragraph are fully complied with:
Installation and operation rules
• The product must be installed in accordance with the specifications stipulated for its installation, the product must be installed in a place that is easily accessible and convenient for service, it must be protected from direct rain and snow.
• In the place/premises where the product is placed, the temperature should not be lower than +5°C.
• If the product is installed in an open space (balcony, entrance, etc.), it must be packaged in such a way that the temperature conditions required and established for its operation are maintained and it will not freeze/damage at low temperatures.
• The product must not be installed in wet places (bathroom, toilet) or in places where its installation is not allowed in accordance with the applicable legislation and relevant safety regulations.
• During installation, it is necessary to install a control valve on all four circuits of the product (cold water, hot water, heating inlet, heating outlet) and an additional water filter on the cold water circuit to prevent small pebbles and other impurities in the water from entering the heat exchanger or the hot water circuit.
• During installation, the product must be connected to an electrical voltage fuse so that electronic parts are not damaged by unstable voltagesю
• Based on established safety standards, the building where the product is installed must have an electrical ground loop.
• The elbow and flue shall be installed on the product only with the screws provided.
• After installing the product, the circulation pump must be rotated and the air in it must be expelled, otherwise the pump, heat exchanger, exhaust fan or other parts may be damaged.
• The product must be installed and switched on in accordance with the special manufacturer’s conditions (instructions) established for the installation and switching on of this product.
• For proper operation of the product, it is necessary to have:
1. Stable power supply (220 V/50 Hz)
2. Stable operating pressure of natural gas (at least 20 millibars)
3. Cold water inlet pressure of at least 1 atmosphere
• If the installation location of the product does not meet the above parameters, the warranty will not be valid until the customer corrects this.
• If the instructions provided with the product require other specific parameters for its proper operation and installation, the specified parameters must be provided by the customer, otherwise the warranty will not apply to products installed and turned on in violation of the above parameters.
You may contact any qualified specialist to install the product. In case the product has been installed incorrectly/erroneously or the requirements and conditions necessary for installation have not been met, the service center reserves the right not to issue a warranty for said product until the errors are corrected.
Free warranty service is not provided in the following cases:
• The above installation and operation rules are not observed.
• The warranty card is not presented, not readable, the data has been changed or altered, not stamped, there is no buyer's signature, or the warranty period has expired.
• The product has mechanical damage from outside or inside, data is not readable, there are traces of unauthorized attempts of repair or disassembly, which was not carried out by a representative of an authorized service center.
• The product was installed in violation of the manufacturing rules specified in the instructions.
• Damage to the device is not caused by manufacturing defect, but by misuse, mechanical damage, careless handling.
• Wetting, corrosion of the product in case of ingress of liquid, steam, dust or any other foreign bodies, exposure to high and low temperatures (freezing, overheating).
• Any arbitrary modification of the product design, rearrangement of gas and water supply units.
• Gas, water and power supply parameters do not comply with the normative characteristics specified in the technical documentation for the product; the flue is not installed as specified in the technical documentation for the product.
• At the first start-up, the circulation pump was not rotated and the air in it was not expelled.
• Damage caused by faulty or incorrect installation of the power, water or gas supply network.
• Damage caused by voltage fluctuations in the power network.
• The product is not connected to the additional voltage stabilizer (this is not necessary if there is a common network voltage control relay in the main electrical panel of the building).
• The product specification, capacity or operating conditions do not match the conditions in the building where the product is or should be located.
• Additional gauges, regulators, indicators, and other instruments have not been connected in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions,
• Additional water filter was not installed on the cold water inlet, causing small pebbles and other impurities to enter the heat exchanger or hot water circuit.
• The warranty does not cover defects resulting from use of the product for non-domestic or other purposes not in accordance with the intended use of the product.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper transportation, storage, as well as unsuitable climatic and other types of exposure by the customer.
Free warranty service does not include:
• Filling/reducing system water pressure, phasing adjustments;
• Performing R reset.
• Cleaning the water meter magnetic turbine and gas filters contaminated with customer water.
• Altering of heating or cold/hot water circuits incorrectly connected to the product.
The warranty conditions also do not apply to malfunctions caused by failure to comply with the following requirements
• If the product is expected to be switched off for an extended period of time, the heating and water supply circuits of the appliance must be drained.
• In the presence of hard water, the warranty does not cover such contaminated and sludge-damaged parts that cannot be cleaned/repaired.
A service center specialist’s call, which is not related to a warranty case, is considered a consultation visit and is also charged during the warranty period. The cost of a consultation visit of the service center specialist is 40 GEL.
False call of the service center specialist, preventing him/her from entering the premises, verbal or physical insult will result in immediate termination of the product warranty until the final investigation.

• If it is necessary to deliver the product to an authorized service center, the customer is obliged to deliver the product. The technical report on the product is issued in the authorized service center not later than 3 working days from the moment of delivery of the product, the repair period is 14 working days if the spare part is available, if the spare part is not available on site, the repair period will be 30 working days.
• Limited life parts such as: filter, lamp, remote control, element, switch button, gasket, door rubber, foot, handle, etc., which were intact and free of defects at the time the product was handed over by the customer, are not covered by the warranty.
• The warranty does not cover glass components such as: glass surface, glass door, glass panel, any part of glass that was intact and free of defects at the time the product was handed over by the customer.
• In case of manufacturing defects, the product shall be replaced within 3 calendar days from the date of sale. In order to receive this type of service, it is necessary to submit together with the replaceable product a warranty card, a receipt or a document confirming the purchase, the packing box and documents attached to the product at the time of packing (if any at the time of purchase).

Installation and operation rules
For proper operation of the product, it is necessary to have:
1) Stable power supply (220 V/50 Hz)
2) An earthing circuit in the electrical network.
3) For natural gas powered products, a stable gas pressure of at least 20 millibars is required.
4) For water-powered products, the cold water inlet pressure must not exceed 6 atmospheres.
• If the installation location of the product does not meet the above parameters, the warranty will not be valid until the customer corrects this.
• If the instructions provided with the product require other specific parameters for its proper operation and installation, the specified parameters must be provided by the customer.
• It is not allowed to make any modifications or unauthorized repair of damage without the approval of the service center: disassembly/opening of the product, repair attempts, etc.
Product installation and connection

• In case of manufacturing defects, the product shall be replaced within 3 calendar days from the date of sale. In order to receive this type of service, it is necessary to provide together with the replaceable product the warranty card, the document confirming the purchase or the receipt, the packing box and the documents attached to the goods at the time of packing (if any at the time of purchase). The goods must not be damaged, must not have missing accessories or damaged packaging).
• After 3 days from the date of purchase of the goods, if any kind of defect is detected, the customer has the right to request repair of the goods only in accordance with the warranty conditions.
• Exchange/return of the goods will not be made if the goods are repairable..

• The warranty does not cover defects resulting from use of the product for purposes not in accordance with the intended purpose or technical specifications of the product.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper transportation, storage by the customer, as well as unsuitable climatic and other impact.
• Non-compliance by the customers with the instructions for operation and proper use of the tool, careless handling and use with inappropriate materials.
• In case of mechanical damage to the body (cracks, chips, dents, etc.).
• Internal and external mechanical or thermal damage to the insulation of the electric cable.
• Damage (deformation) of the camshaft or fixing shaft.
The free warranty conditions are not applied to:
• Damage caused by exposure to unfavorable environmental conditions, high temperature, high humidity, and damage caused by improper storage (corrosion of metal parts, etc.) and failure to follow the procedures required to operate the tool.
• Ingress of foreign bodies and large quantities of dust, construction materials and substances into the tool through the ventilation valves.
• Clogging of the engine cooling valves with recycled material residue or insects.
• Use of fuels and lubricants with tools not appropriate for the engine type or not recommended by the manufacturer and resulting in jamming of rings in piston passages, wear, scratching of cylinder and piston surfaces.
• Destruction or melting of the cylinder-piston group support bearing
• Use of a fuel powered tool with damaged, dirty or missing air/fuel filters.
• Using a tool with obvious signs of malfunction (loss of power, strange, uncharacteristic noise and vibration, foul odor).
• Using the tool with equipment that is damaged or does not correspond to the type and technical characteristics of the tool.
• During the warranty period, opening of the tool, attempts of independent repair or modification, as evidenced by incorrect assembly of parts of the body, absence of certain components inside the tool body, characteristic marks on the fixing screws, in case the service center is contacted for the first time. Self-lubrication of the tool parts, except in cases specified in the operating instructions
• Failure caused by overloading the tool, resulting in failure of the electric motor, generator parts and other assemblies and parts. Unconditional signs of motor overload are: discoloration, deformation and melting of tool parts and couplings. Simultaneous damage to the insulation of stator and rotor windings and mismatch of electric power parameters to the rated voltage.
• Tool handles or replacement accessories and their retaining parts (saws, blades, drills, cutters, grinders, belt guides, chucks, collets, bearings, drive sprocket, clamping claw, retaining parts of accessories of perforators and jackhammers, etc.) due to the excessive use of force.
• Wear parts (creeping contacts, carbon, drive belts and wheels, gaskets, shock absorbers, shrouds, extra handles, guide rollers, spark plugs, starting rope, air and fuel filters, clutch blades (chains) etc.), unless the damage to the wear part is the result of a manufacturing defect in tool parts or clutches.
• In case of absence, damage, change of serial number and year of manufacture on the tool or their inconsistency in the warranty card;
• Battery units and their chargers.
